Instructions: Rub and cover meat ( chicken, fish or pork) with seasoning. Add up to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well. Select desired 1 spicy mama sauce honey jerk sauce, pineapple bbq sauce or original bbq sauce. Add up to 2 tablespoons of the selected sauce mix well. Let meat marinate for at least 2 hours. Bake or bbq meat until cooked. Serve and enjoy.
